Where are you based?
Flat 1, Moeez Plaza, Jamal Din Wali Road, near AM Traders, Sadiqabad 64350, Punjab. It is a real office with real people in it, which in this industry is worth stating plainly.
Do you work with businesses outside Sadiqabad?
Yes. We serve Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan and Lahore directly, and we work remotely for clients elsewhere in Pakistan. Everything except photography and on-site verification can be done from here.
Do you take clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. We have worked with clients abroad since 2015. Time zones have never been the difficult part.
What does it cost?
Ongoing work starts at PKR 10,000 a month. Most engagements sit between PKR 5,000 and PKR 30,000 depending on scope, and smaller one-off jobs start at PKR 5,000. We scope before we quote and the first phase is a fixed price, so if it is not working, stopping is cheap. We publish this because most of the market will not: of twelve Pakistani agencies we audited, six state no price at all.
Why are you cheaper than agencies in Lahore?
Because we are in Sadiqabad, not Lahore. Our overheads are lower and so are the budgets of the businesses we mostly serve. It also means a smaller scope at the bottom of our range — profile management done properly, not a team and a monthly deck. The top of our range is roughly where the Lahore market starts, and at that point you are comparing like with like.
Who actually does the work?
The three of us, and the people we employ. Ahmad bin Abid runs engineering, Rana Huzefa runs operations, Rana Waleed runs delivery. There is no account manager between you and the person building your thing.
How long have you been doing this?
Building websites since 2016. Incorporated as Gulabi Developer (Pvt) Ltd in February 2022.
How do we communicate during a project?
WhatsApp for the day to day, because that is what everybody actually checks, and written scopes and summaries for anything that matters. You see work in progress rather than a reveal at the end.
What do you need from us to start?
A conversation about the problem, and then whatever content exists already. Photographs, text, your logo, access to anything we are taking over. Projects almost never stall on the building. They stall waiting for content.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
Yes, if you want us to. We will also happily leave everything in your own account and just build on it. What we will not do is hold your domain hostage.
Can you fix a Google Business Profile that is unverified or suspended?
Usually. Verification in Pakistan is now video-first and most people fail the first attempt because they cut the recording. Suspension is harder and depends entirely on the cause. We assess it before you pay for it.
How many Google profiles do you manage?
Twelve, across Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan, Lahore and Karachi. It is a real number from a real dashboard, not a marketing figure.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's results. What we guarantee is that the work is done correctly, that you can see exactly what was done, and that the numbers we report are the ones that matter rather than the ones that flatter us.
What happens if we are not happy?
Tell us early. Every project is scoped in phases with a fixed price on the first one, specifically so that stopping is cheap if it is not working.
