Google Business Profile suspension & reinstatement
If your Google Business Profile is suspended, your business has vanished from Maps. We find the real cause, fix it, and appeal with evidence — and we tell you the odds before you pay.
A suspension is not a penalty you negotiate; it is Google deciding your listing broke a rule, and it usually happens without warning. The listing disappears from Maps and Search, and every review with it, until it is reinstated.
The appeal only works if you fix the actual cause first. Appealing without changing anything just gets rejected, and repeated failed appeals make the case harder, not easier.
We diagnose why it happened, correct it properly, and submit an appeal with the evidence Google actually wants — and we tell you honestly what the odds look like for your case before you pay us anything, because some suspensions reinstate easily and some do not.
How we handle it
- Diagnosis
- The real reason it was suspended, read from the listing's history and current state — not a guess.
- Fix the cause
- Name, address, categories, service area, edits — whatever tripped it, corrected to match what Google can verify.
- Evidence-backed appeal
- Submitted with the documentation that actually supports reinstatement, not a blank re-request.
- Honest odds first
- The realistic chance for your case, told to you before you commit, and a plan for what we do if the first appeal fails.
What we will not do
We will not promise reinstatement. Nobody can — the decision is Google's.
We will not re-create the violation to get a fast result. If a stuffed name or a bad address caused it, doing it again just gets you suspended again.
What it costs
Ongoing work starts at PKR 10,000 a month. Most engagements sit between PKR 5,000 and PKR 30,000 depending on scope, and smaller one-off jobs start at PKR 5,000.
We scope before we quote and the first phase is a fixed price, so if it is not working, stopping is cheap. See how that compares with the rest of the market →
Questions
Most often one of a few causes: a keyword stuffed into the business name, an address Google cannot verify, a service-area business showing a street address it should not, a category that does not fit, or a burst of edits made at once. We identify which one it was before appealing, because the appeal only works if the actual cause is fixed first.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The decision is Google's. What we do is tell you the realistic odds for your specific case up front, before you pay us anything.
An appeal can turn around in a few days or drag on for weeks, depending on the cause and whether Google asks for more information. We keep you posted rather than leaving you guessing.
We tell you our plan B before we start — sometimes a second appeal with stronger evidence, sometimes a rebuild. We will not keep charging you to re-submit the same rejected appeal.
If the profile is reinstated, its reviews return with it. That is one reason not to abandon a suspended listing and start a fresh one — you would lose the reviews and the history.
